If a plugin or theme update causes problems, what happens to my site?
If something breaks after an update, don’t worry! We’ll team up with you to fix it. While we try our best to make sure updates won’t cause issues, sometimes things don’t go as planned. If an update causes a problem, we’ll go back to the previous stable version and help you figure out the best way to get things back on track.
How many support requests can I submit each month?
Feel free to ask us any questions you have, and if your request falls within your plan, we’ll handle it immediately. Our plans come with up to fifteen (15) minutes of issue investigation per request without any extra cost. If the problem needs more in-depth analysis, we’ll provide you with a cost estimate for investigating and resolving the issue.
What do the working hours per month include?
Our clients regularly request changes to text or images. In the premium packages, work hours are always included in the offer, so you won’t receive separate invoices for this.
